PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an infrared rays irradiation material that has static ability to ionize the air negatively and passivate the metal in water and irradiates strong infrared rays in the long wavelength area and can contribute to the health of animals (including human), the growth of plants, the refining and modification of water. SOLUTION: A composition comprising 40-60 wt.% of an infrared rays- irradiating material made of a silicate ceramic, 10 wt.% of barium titanate, 20 wt.% of porous material are kneaded and fired at 1,180 deg.C for 6 hours to prepare the primary material. Then, 35 wt.% of the primary material, 35 wt.% of tourmaline, 30 wt.% of a low-temperature clay are kneaded and fired at 935 deg.C±5 deg.C for 10 hours to form a complex product. |
