摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a production amount by piling up and destructing a heap of load per time bucket having a fixed time scope to determine process order of load temporarily and allocating a production plan using allocation parameters by taking load balance of the whole facility and the appointed date of delivery into account. SOLUTION: When a production plan is planned by multistage job shop type production suitable for semiconductor production, a period for production plan is divided by a reference period to set a production section, and time bucket is set by this production section and facility (step S1). Next, a load allowance representing the maximum value at which load can be piled up in a heap in each time bucket is set (S2), and read time is set per process (S3). Then, load is piled up per time bucket based on this load allowance and the read time (S4). After that, allocation parameter is calculated from the piled up information (S5), and each load is allocated based on this allocation parameter (S6).
