PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and monitor automatically correctly the opening and closing condition of a doorway and keep track of the opening and closing condition in real time from a remote place. SOLUTION: The management system is equipped with an opening and closing detection means 1 that detects individually the opening and closing of a door 22 provided at a doorway and a shutter 38, and converts it into opening and closing data, a data collection device 20 that collects the opening and closing data of the opening and closing detection means 1, and an opening and closing monitoring means 2 that can receive, record and display data collected by the data collection device 20. The opening and closing detection means 1 is equipped with an operation detection device A that detects the on/off operation of the electric opening and closing driving means of an automatic shutter 38a or the on/off operation of the opening and closing detection section 18 of a manual door 22b and converts it into opening and closing data.
