PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid lubricating agent for food machines which is not made to flow out by water and withstands use at high temperature, especially continuous use at >=150 deg.C and provide a rolling bearing for food machines scarcely generating rust on sliding surface even under conditions being in contact with a saline solution. SOLUTION: This solid lubricating agent for food machines is obtained by heating a mixture of 5-95 wt.% of one or more kinds of oils selected from liquid paraffin, polyα-olefin oil, fluorine oil, vegetable oil and animal oil or grease containing the oils as base oil with 95-5 wt.% polyamide powder, polyacetal powder or fluororesin powder at a temperature not lower than gel point of powdery resin and molding the powder. This rolling bearing for food machines is obtained by sealing the solid lubricating agent for food machines into the interior of the rolling bearing made of stainless steel. |
