PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a blue-coloring as the appearance color without adding a specified coloring agent by a method wherein in a tube constituting resin, a particulate which scatters light is contained, and further, the transmission of light is made possible. SOLUTION: As a particulate which scatters light, a size which is smaller than the wavelength of a visible ray is preferable. For example, a resin particle may be acceptable, and there are polystyrene, a polystyrene-acryl based copolymer, an acrylic resin, and further as an inorganic powder, fine powder silica, titanium oxide, zinc flower, and white lead or the like. A particulate of which the average particle diameter is 100 nm or lower is particularly preferable, and as such a particulate, particulate titanium oxide is used. For the material of the ink holding tube, if only the material is no deformed or swollen by a ball-point pen ink which is filled, and has durability, and transparency in which the filled amount of the ink can be confirmed, it is acceptable. By this constitution, the scattered light of a wavelength in the short wavelength side of visible light more strongly scatters, and the appearance presents a blue color. |
