PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture treatment apparatus which achieves a coagulation treatment or prostatomegaly accurately. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with an inserting part 5 insertable into a biomedical lumen, a first electrode 11 insertable into a channel 8 for insertion formed at the inserting part 5 and a second electrode 16 arranged on the outer circumference of the tip of the inserting part 5. The first electrode 16 is guided out free to advance or retract at a specified angle to the axis center of the inserting part 5 from the vicinity of the second electrode 16 at the tip of the inserting part 5 and electric energization is made between the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 16 to accomplish a treatment of the prostatomegaly. |
