PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture and to reduce manufacturing costs by providing an installment panel composed of a skin layer, a foamed layer and a core material layer and a duct part having its approximately U-shaped sectional opening side fixed to the front surface of the core material layer and constituting a duct passage from the front surface of the core material layer and the duct part. SOLUTION: A flange part 17 is fixed to an installment panel 3 by vibration welding, and a duct passage 19 surrounded with a U-shaped part of a duct part 5 and a core material layer 11 is formed. Air leakage from the duct passage 19 is prevented by vibration welding of the flange part 17, any projecting part for screwing is not required for the installment panel 3, and a structure is simplified. Since the duct passage 19 is constituted of the front surface of the installment panel 3 and the duct part 5, it is not required to separately manufacture a hollow duct, the duct part 5 is formed into an approximately U-shape, injection molding is applied to it, and the duct part 5 and the installment panel 3 can be delivered as an integrated unit. Therefore, a structure can be simplified, manufacturing and transporting can be facilitated, and manufacturing costs can be reduced. |
