PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cutting/fusing a lengthy member with improved durability. SOLUTION: An upper part seal block 108 descends so that a cylindrical sheet on a conveyance route 101 is pushed to the upper surface heat-fusion parts 112, 112 of a lower seal block 111 and to a cutting blade 105 which ascends synchronously and is driven to rotate to be cut. Since the cutting blade rotates in a horizontal plane to be prevented from being twisted, the peeling of seams and cracks is prevented. |
