PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan structure of an engine, in which the oil returned to a shallow bottom part is led to a deep bottom part certainly by the use of a wind pressure given in association with the rotation of a counterweight. SOLUTION: This oil pan structure of an engine is configured so that a partitioning plate 2 extending toward a deep bottom part 1b is provided on the oversurface of a shallow bottom part 1a of an oil pan 1 installed under a crank case, wherein setting is made so that the angleθformed by the crank shaft rotating direction (b) relative to the direction (a) in which the partitioning plate 2 is extending, when viewed from the oversurface of the oil pan 1, is smaller than 90 deg.
