PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dimensional accuracy of a part to be intermittently coated. SOLUTION: A dimension measuring sensor 4 is installed opposing to a base material 2 which has passed through a nozzle 3 for intermittently coating from a coating feeding port 7. By this dimension measuring sensor 4, the length dimensions of a coated part 5 and a non-coated part 6 are measured and from the measured values, an opening/closing time of an intermittent valve 8 for opening and closing the coating feeding port 7 is controlled to reduce the influence due to a change in flow property of the coating and to perform intermittent coating with high dimensional accuracy. |
