PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive coloring matter transfer laminate providing proton again to a deprotonated cationic coloring matter to be transferred to an acceptive body of a laminate. SOLUTION: A coloring matter donative body element comprises a substrate containing a coloring matter layer in which a deprotonated coloring matter capable of providing proton again for a cationic coloring matter having an NH group of a conjugated portion is dispersed in a polymer binder. Also the coloring matter acceptive element comprises a substrate having a polymer image acceptive layer containing a mixture of Tg lower than 19 deg.C, a polymer having 0 or slight acidity, submicron capable of re-protonation of transfer cationic coloring matter. The coloring matter acceptive element is in the relation of contact and super imposition with the coloring matter donative element.
