PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cluster small and to lower electric conductivity by making the electric conductivity and a half width of an oxygen nucleus nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum not more than each a specified value. SOLUTION: The electric conductivity of this water is made not more than 1 μS/cm. When the conductivity of the water is larger than 1 μS/cm, the water cannot be used as an injection or eye drops but used as water for an experiment and toilet water. Most preferably, the electric conductivity of this water is made 0.2 μS/cm or less. When the conductivity of the water is 0.2 μS/cm or less, it does not cause a side effect, even if it is injected into blood, to be available to the injection or the like. Moreover, a half width of an oxygen nucleus nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (<17> O-NMR) of this water is made 69 Hz or less at the same time. The water of such a half width has a small cluster structure of water and is activated, so that it has the actions such as the activation of cells. In such a way, the water having the low electric conductivity and the low half width does not cause the side effect or the like for the cells and has the enhanced activity for the cells. |
