INK-JET INK FOR MARKING CIGARETTE, MARKING USING THE SAME AND MARKED CIGARETTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink-jet ink having excellent safety, useful for quality control and distribution control of cigarette, to provide a method for marking cigarette using the ink-jet ink and to obtain marked cigarette. SOLUTION: This ink-jet ink for marking cigarette comprises an edible coloring matter. This method for marking cigarette comprises issuing the ink-jet ink for cigarette from an ink-jet printer having a nozzle with 9-60μmϕand printing the surface of cigarette so as to make the length and the width of one letter <=3 mm. This marked cigarette is obtained by marking the surface of cigarette by using the ink-jet ink for cigarette.
