PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a continuous molded product of a thermoplastic resin which prevent the product defects from being caused by avoiding deposition of a sublimate such as an oligomer near a heating process device, and which permits reduction of the cleaning work load which is often performed. SOLUTION: In a method and apparatus for producing a continuous molded product wherein the continuous molded product (M) of a thermoplastic resin is thermally processed at heating process portions 2, 4, 5, photocatalyst layers 7 are provided on the surfaces of the external walls of covers 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e covering the heating process portions 2, 4, 5 or on the surfaces of the external walls of the heating process portions 2, 4, 5, thereby illuminating the light to the photocatalyst layers 7 from the light illuminating means 8. |
