PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a thermosetting resin molding material having plenties of flowability and thermal stability of a melted state and excellent curability at the time of a high temperature without lowering characteristics (mechanical strength) of a molded product after molding. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a thermosetting resin molding material made of a used powder-like thermosetting resin composition containing inorganic and organic base materials as filling materials, thermosetting resin, curing agent and curing assistant as indispensable components comprises the step of giving a mechanical energy to the respective powder-like components or specific powder component to surface fusion bond between powder particles by a mechanochemical reaction.
