SWASH PLATE COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of rotation preventing structure of a piston with simple treatment so as to improve the reliability of a compressor by forming a lubricative coat an the inner peripheral wall of a crankcase coming in abutting contact with a rotation preventing interference face disposed at the tail part of a piston linearly moving in a bore in linkage with a swash plate. SOLUTION: A swash plate compressor is provided with a cylinder block 10 with a driving shaft 15 supported to the axis of a machine body and with a plurality of bores provided parallel around the axis of the machine body; a housing 11 connected to the cylinder block 10 and having a crankcase 14 formed inside; and a piston 17 linearly moving in the bore in linkage with a swash plate 18 rotated together with the driving shaft 15. Coating material containing graphite and molybdenum disulfide selected as a solid lubricant, and unhardened thermosetting resin serving as a binder are applied to coat an inner peripheral wall 14a of the crankcase 14 and hardened by heating to form a coat. Seizure with a piston interference face coming in abutting contact in an oil free state is therefore prevented satisfactorily to heighten the reliability of the compressor.
