PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle actuator control device for internal combustion engines, which has realized a good property to follow-up a target opening of a throttle valve. SOLUTION: This throttle actuator control device for internal combustion engines is provided with a throttle valve 103 for adjusting the intake air quantity, a sensor 106 for detecting the openingθr of the throttle valve 103, a throttle actuator 104 for electrically driving the throttle valve 103, a variety of sensors for detecting various information which correspond to the operating conditions, a target opening operating means 13 for taking in various information and determining a target openingθtg of the throttle valve 103, a throttle valve driving means 14 for driving the throttle valve 103 through the throttle actuator 104, and a correction means 12 for correcting control gain of the throttle actuator 104 in response to various information related to the throttle actuator 104. The throttle actuator 104 is driven by the corrected control gain to perform follow-up control for the target opening.
