PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use soil generated at site without waste by mixing soil generated at site, siliceous paste, hydraulic materials, and water to form an inseparable mixture and force-feeding the mixture into a closed space in a constructive target and charging it therein. SOLUTION: Clay (clay for civil engineering works) of 130 g is added to 1,255 g of soil (fine sand-course sand) generated at site for instance, and further 290 g of siliceous paste, 160 g of cement, and 165 g of water are added thereto and mixed together. This mixture has 19.5-20.0 cm in flow value showing an index of fluidity and 1% in bleeding showing an index of inseparability. The mixture can be densely charged into a sleeve by a force-feed pump, and solidified with little voluminal reduction. The strengthσ28 after solidification is 10-20. Accordingly, soil generated through a shield excavation can be effectively used without waste and charged in a closed space and solidified therein.
