Multi-panel brochure and method of brochure manufacture

A multiple panel brochure includes an outside carrier sheet folded to provide three equal sized panels wherein a middle panel of the carrier sheet includes separate interior panels affixed thereto. The outside panels of the carrier sheet fold over the interior panels and one another. A method for manufacture of the brochure is disclosed utilizing a web printed on one or both sides and which is subsequently cut to form the panels that are then joined together.
