PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product retaining good taste in spite of the presence of egg shell calcium therein. SOLUTION: When the calcium is contained in an amount of >=0.001 g in 100 g of this calcium-enriched food product in the form of a solution, this food product contains an egg shell calcium composition that contains, as free amino acids, <=0.15 ppm of tyrosine, <=0.05 ppm of histidine, <=3.0 ppm of aspartic acid, serine, glutamic acid, proline, valine, leucine, histidine, lysine, and arginine based on the whole amino acids components, <=2.0 ppm of thereonine, isoleucine, and phenylalanine, <=1.5 ppm of tyrosine and <=0.3 ppm of methionine. |
