PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently change-over or the like of various kinds of operation instruments by providing the device with a cassette having a flow path where at least one of a perfusion liquid supply flow path or a sucking/ discharging flow path is plurally branched in an inner part and enabling selecting a plurality of flow paths by means of a selecting means. SOLUTION: A perfusion sucking device to be used for a cataract surgery and a vitreous body surgery is provided with a cassette receiving part for mounting a perfusion sucking cassette on a device main body and the cassette is constituted of a main assembly 20 to be attached/detached with a connector part 22 and a sub-assembly 30. The main assembly 20 is constituted by incorporating perfusion pinch valves 43a and 43b, a venting pinch valve 44 and sucking pinch valves 45a and 45b or the like. Then, the pinch valves 43a, 43b and 44 are opening/closing-controlled by a control part 40 so that the perfusion flow path is changed-over and, in the meantime, the pinch valves 45a and 45b are opening/closing-controlled so that the sucking path is changed-over. |
