PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for data storing mediums, such as a device capable of optimizing a utilizable space. SOLUTION: A drawer case 1 is designed so as to work for containing therein an extendable drawer 2 comprising plane pockets arranged in an arrayed state for holding data storing mediums 3. In this instance, an inserting direction 5 for each data storing medium 3 assumes a right angle with respect to a direction 4 in which the drawer 2 is inserted into the drawer case 1. In order to design the drawer cases so as to be capable of being joined to one another to form them into a compact unit so that they are made to be adaptable for an untilizable space, each drawer case is provided with protrusions and recesses for mutual engagement to combine them or fix them together with the aid of a fixing belt material.
