PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin compsn. excellent in mechanical properties such as strength and impact resistance and in moldability, compatibility, and chemical resistance by combining a polyamide resin with specific polyolefin resins and a molded article obtd. from the compsn. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polyamide resin, (B) 5-100 pts.wt. copolymer comprising an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer formed from ethylene and a 3-20Cα-olefin and having a ratio (Mw/Mn) of the wt. average mol.wt. (Mw) to the number average mol.wt. (Mn) calculated by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) of 3.0 or lower and/or a modified ethylene/α-olefin copolymer obtd. by modifying the above-mentioned ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with a carboxylic acid deriv., and (C) 5-100 pts.wt. modified polyolefin resin other than ingredient B.
