PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine joining device suitable to directly connecting a coil with the input/output terminal of an IC chip. SOLUTION: The fine joining device is constituted of a base 1, a heating head 2, a head driving part 3 and a control part 4. The heating head is constituted by containing two electrodes 22a, 22b parallel disposed with the fine gap, a ribon winding reel 23a and a ribon rewinding reel 23b disposed at both sides of the electrode through the electrode and a ribon resistant-exothermic body wound around each reel and passed so that a part thereof is brought into contact with the tip part of the electrode. As the head driving part, the one utilizing the motive force of a solenoid can be used. In a control device, an electric source part 4a and an input part 4b are provided. The electric current is supplied to the ribon-like resistant exothermic body from the electric source and the input/output terminal of the IC chip and the coil are joined by the resistance heat-generation of the ribon-like resistant exothermic body. |
