PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste supply apparatus which is a paste supply device incidental to a coater and is capable of forming a good coating surface. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a storage tank 10 for a paste P, a defoaming tank 20 for defoaming of the paste in a vacuum state, a filter 30 for removing the dust in the paste and a syringe pump 40 for sending the paste to the coater 50. Further, the defoaming tank 20 is preferably equipped with a discharging means for the inside of the defoaming tank and a developing plate 25 for increasing the surface area of the paste at the time of successively injecting the paste into the defoaming tank 20. The worn powder emerging from the pump itself is substantially eliminated by using the syringe pump 40 and since the discharge response of the pump is good and, therefore, the coating surface having a good end face shape may be formed. In addition, the defoaming tank 20 is internally provided with the developing plate 25, by which the defoaming efficiency of the paste is improved and the good coating surface free from the traces of foam may be formed. |
