PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DNA sequence capable of selecting, expressing, regulating a structural gene in plant by including a plant ubiquitin regulator system comprising e.g. a heat shock element. SOLUTION: This DNA sequence of <=2kb comprises a plant ubiquitin regulator system comprising a heat shock element with a homogeny of >=75% relative to a heat shock consensus sequence and an intron. It is preferable to transform plant cells by using a DNA structure comprising both the plant ubiquitin regulator system and a plant expressive structural gene, selectively subjecting the transformed plant cells to a stress condition and thus reinforce the expression of the structural gene. |
