PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive irrigation water-intaking device that can automatically stop feeding the water, when the water level reaches the set value, in no need of a particular driving force. SOLUTION: This irrigating water-intaking device is composed of (A) the valve-operating unit and (B) the water level-setting unit. The valve operating unit (A) comprises the mechanism that is set to the main body 1, comprises the valve 14 composed of the valve seat 12 and the water-intercepting valve combined with the valve seat and parts into the water-intaking side and the water-feeding side and the operating lever 22 and opens the water-intercepting valve and the spring that is energized as the water-intercepting valve 13 is opened. In the meantime, the water level-setting unit (B) comprises the latching mechanism 41 for holding the water-intercepting valve 13 at the open position, the float 51, and the water level-setting bar for setting the water level of the rice paddies and the latch-unfastening mechanism that unfastens the hold of the latching mechanism by the synchronous movement with the float moving upward. |
