PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having an excellent impact resistance by blending a specific ratio of a polyamide and a modified polyolefin which is obtained by modifying a polyolefin with 5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises 40-95 wt.% of a polyamide such as a nylon 6 having a relative viscosity of 2.0-4.0 (23 deg.C, concentration of 1 g/100 l in 98% sulfuric acid) or the like, 60-5 wt.% of a modified polyolefin which is obtained by modifying a polyolefin with 5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride, optionally a heat resistance stabilizer, a weather resistance stabilizer, an antistatic agent and an inorganic or organic filler. The modified polyolefin is obtained by heat-reacting 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin having a density of 880-930 kg/m<3> such as an ethylene/3-20Cα-olefin copolymer or the like which is polymerized using a metallocene catalyst with 0.01-20 pts.wt. of 5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid or its anhydride and 0.001-2 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide at 100-280 deg.C. |
