PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled rice shaping device in a low cost with simplifying maintenance and controlling of the device without requiring high technique and experience of a worker, without inducing any qualitative difference between workers with making a set up space as small as possible in fastening and shaping the boiled rice. SOLUTION: This boiled rice shaping device has a mold frame 26 fitted to a chamber forming member 18 and the boiled rice is filled in a chamber formed with a bottom part 36, end face parts 38a and 38b, and side face parts 88a and 88b. The mold frame 26 is taken out and a first revolving plate 20 is revolved to the direction A while holding a handle 58, then a second revolving plate 22 is revolved to the direction B, thus the boiled rice is compressed to the breadth direction and further a cap member 80 is displaced to the direction approaching to the bottom part 36 and the boiled rice is vertically compressed to form a shaped boiled rice in a prescribed shape. |
