PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower sprinkler plate and a shower head using this in which shower water can be given a prescribed diffusion angle even with simple construction and also when performing mold formation, the structure of the mold is simplified. SOLUTION: Grooves 16 extending in the peripheral direction are formed on the back surface of a sprinkler plate 10 consisting of synthetic resin. In each of the grooves 16, a side wall 16b near the centerline O-O of the sprinkler plate forms an inclined surface larger than that formed by a side wall 16a far from the centerline of the sprinkler plate 10. In the groove 16, plural jetting holes 11 almost parallel to the centerline of the sprinkler plate are made. |
