PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft system for vehicle capable of releasing a sleep function without making the system more complicated, and generates no alarm sound even when it is released. SOLUTION: This anti-theft system for vehicle has an alarm generation means (a siren 4) for generating alarm, a remote control receiving means 13 which can set operation/non-operation of the system by radio waves from a remote controller 6, and a control means 11 for controlling so that the siren 4 generates the alarm when a main switch 8 is turned ON without accompanying the switching operation to make the system non-operable by the remote controller 6. This anti-theft system is provided with a switch circuit 14 for turning ON/OFF the power supply to a receiving circuit constituting the remote control receiving means 13, and a control means 11. This control means 11 can control so that the power supply is turned ON with a switching of the main switch 8 to ON when the power supply of the remote control receiving means 13 by the switch circuit 14 is OFF, while no alarm sound is generated by the siren 4. |
