PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a kneaded product using inexpensive raw materials in high contents (meat kneaded product, fish kneaded product, etc.), capable of improving and reducing unpleasant flavors originated from the inexpensive raw materials, and to provide the kneaded product. SOLUTION: A kneaded product dough containing a strongly flavored raw material such as pork paste, chicken paste, separated fish meat, sardine paste or vegetable proteins is produced. Therein, dried bean curd is kneaded, if necessary, in an amount of 0.5-50 wt.%. Thereby, a strong flavor originated from the raw material can be improved or reduced, and social contributions such as the effective utilization of the inexpensive food resources and the reduction in the costs of the foods can be achieved. |
