PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the incidence of a marking generated in the downstream of a cooling unit. SOLUTION: In a folding machine as an after-printing treatment unit, a cooling device, e.g. a flow control system for sending a cooling fluid to a cooling roller 31 or the like is arranged right before an already known marking spot or at a marking spot. The viscosity of an ink printed on the web 20 is increased and the incidence of a marking is reduced by cooling the web locally on the downstream side rather than in the cooling part at an early stage of the web 20.
