PURPOSE:To provide the above method so that a conductive material shows stabilized electric wave reflecting properties extending for a long period without peeling off with shock or during long-term use, by a method wherein a netlike matter comprised of the conductive material is buried into an electric wave reflecting surface side with in-mold molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold cavity surface 2 corresponding to an electric wave reflecting surface of an antenna dish is fitted with a netlike matter 4 comprised of a conductive material, then the inside of a cavity 1 is filled with a molten material comprised of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition and the same is pressurized. With this construction, a part of molten resin creeps to the front of the meshes of a netlike matter by passing through the meshes of the same and the antenna dish where the same comprised of the conductive material is buried into the electric reflecting surface side is obtained. A fibrous filling material is dispersed at mean fiber length of 500-15000mum in the molded parabolic antenna dish. A thermoplastic resin composition to be used for molding is of a pelletlike matter containing 20-80wt.% fibrous filling material (in the composition), which is substantially in the same length with that of pellets and arranged almost in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the pellets and having a length of 2-50mm. |
