Disclosed is a method for photolithographic production of oligonucleotides on two-dimensional matrices for the production of so-called DNA, PNA or protein chips characterized in that a dynamically controlled liquid crystal mask is used as a photolithographic mask. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said method.
