<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the insulation between primary conductors of the respective phases and realize miniaturization, by applying bare conductor to the primary conductor penetrating a zero phase current transformer, and mutually isolating the zero phase current transformer penetrating parts of the respective phase bare conductors by using an insulation barrier wall composed of injection resin molded object. CONSTITUTION:Primary conductors of three phases are formed by using plate material whose section is a flat rectangle. The R phase and the T phase out of the primary conductors are divided into two parts, and inserted into a zero phase current transformer 2 from the front and the rear of the zero phase current transformer 2. Abutting parts 3A, 3B of the respective conductors 3A, 3B are made to abut, and both abutting parts are fastened by using screws. In this manner, the primary conductors of three phases are made to penetrate the zero phase current transformer, and an insulation barrier wall 15 formed as an injection resin molded object is inserted. After that, a shielding plate 15a formed in a unified body with the insulation barrier wall 15 is held, and an insulation cover 16 is engaged with the insulation barrier wall 15. Thereby a protrusion 15b of the insulation barrier wall 15 and a hole 16b of the insulation cover 16 are engaged with each other, and a transformer is completed.</p> |
