PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent vapor deposition polyester film excellent in the vapor deposition adhesion of metal oxide and also excellent in retort resistance and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: An easy adhesive film mainly constituted of (A) fine particles with an average particle size of 20-150 nm comprising a copolyester with a second transition point of 40-80 deg.C obtained by copolymerizing 2-8 mol.% of a dicarboxylic acid component having a metal base and (B) fine particles with an average particle size of 20-150 nm comprising an acrylic copolymer with a second transition point of 20-60 deg.C is provided on at least the single surface of a polyester film and this easy adhesive film is characterized that thickness is 5-200 nm, surface roughness (Ra) is 20-40 mm, surface haze is 1.5% or less and the total haze per total film thickness of 12μm is 4.0% or less.
