<p>A mobile or cellular telephone communications network (1) includes a plurality of network nodes in the form of mobile telephones (2, 3 and 4). Each telephone has at least one public channel (5) for routing data within the network. The telephones also have at least one private channel (6) for originating and receiving data for its respective node. Each telephone is dynamically reconfigurable such that its connection with one or more other nodes within the network is dynamically allocated when the node first enters the network.</p> |
