<p>A fluid injection nozzle, comprising laminated first to fourth nozzle members (11 to 14), formed with silicone substrates, in which needle component parts (15 to 18) are formed generally at the centers of these members, respectively, a plurality of nozzle holes (22) or holes (25, 37, 38, 40, 41) and a diaphragm (23) or beams (26, 36, 42) for elastically supporting the needle component parts (15 to 18) are formed around these members, a needle (7), and a nozzle hole communication path (8), wherein, when fluid enters, the needle (7) is displaced so as to allow communication between the nozzle communication path (8) and the nozzle hole (22) through an annular path formed around the needle (7) for injecting fluid from the nozzle hole (22), and the maximum displacement (Smax) of the needle is limited by a lift stopper (43) formed in the fourth nozzle member (14).</p> |
