A machine lubrication system has a number of discharge outlets fed from a single supply point. The supply point consists of an inlet for the lubricant, a number of passage (5, 6) outlets to the supply points, and three or more cylindrical sleeve liners (2) contained within the housing. The liners (2) are linked to the passages (5, 6) and contain pistons which dose and expel the lubricant. The sleeve liners are fixed within and are separated from the housing by detachable fittings. The oil inlets and outlets to the sleeve liners have seals (7, 8).
