The shaft element (11) has a first (12) handle, and movable second handle (14) which drives an application piece on the distal end by remote control from the control (10). A stop piece (20) is movably positioned on the shaft element and can be fixed in any position on the shaft element, for restricting the length of the second handle's displacement. The stop is fixed in relation to the shaft element by a manually operated screw (21).
