The invention relates to a removable motor vehicle seat with a locking mechanism, an actuating element (9) for triggering the locking mechanism and at least one electric and/or pneumatic interface with a detachable connector element (13). According to the invention, a contact mechanism that connects or disconnects the connector element (9) is forcibly coupled to the locking mechanism in such a way that the motor vehicle seat is removed or installed in a least two chronologically successive phases. The connector element (13) is exclusively connected or disconnected in the first phase. In the second phase, the motor vehicle seat is exclusively locked or unlocked. The invention provides a removable motor vehicle seat that guarantees an automatic and reliable connection or disconnection of the electric and/or pneumatic components of the motor vehicle seat during installation or dismantling.
