<p>A non-calcined marrow of a colored pencil comprising a binding agent, a colorant, a body filler, an oily substance being a liquid at ordinary temperature and at least one surfactant having a HLB value of 7 to 18. A non-calcined marrow of a colored pencil comprising wollastonite, attapulgite, halloysite kaolin and/or sepiolite as a body filler, or comprising a synthetic mica as a lubricating agent, or comprising carboxymethylcellulose as a binding agent. Such a non-calcined marrow of a colored pencil has excellent mechanical strength and, at an elevated temperature, is free from lowering in writing feeling and colorability and from expansion thereof. Further, the marrow is excellent in formability and a letter or the like written with the marrow can be easily rubbed out by use of a rubber eraser.</p> |
