Improved sealed cap with seal cutting nail intended to break rapidly said seal. The cap is configured by a cap body (1) which has at its upper part a slightly recessed and high-flexibility area (2) which can adopt a convex position, that is to say bulged (6) or concave (7); it has on its internal face one or more cutting nails (3) which are slightly inclined in the same direction as the rotation direction when unscrewing the cap. When a pressure is exerted on the recessed area (2), said area yields and collapses passing from a convex position (6) to a concave position (7) so that the nail or nails (3) incise and penetrate into the laminar seal (5), breaking the latter upon following the rotational movement of the cap when being unscrewed.
