<p>The invention relates to methods of altering the activity of the PKA signaling pathway by altering, preferably inhibiting, the extent of phosphorylation of PKA substrates or downstream kinase substrates, particularly by the use of modified substrates, gene sequences encoding such modified substrates, vectors and host cells containing the gene sequence, inhibitors of substrate phosphorylation and use of the gene sequence, protein or inhibitors to alter the PKA signaling pathway, for example in treating immunosuppressive disorders or proliferative diseases.</p> |
