The wheel (30) has a cover fitting (50) extending radially outwards to cover the entire outer surface of the wheel without fitting round its periphery. The wheel has a dish (33) round which runs a rim (34) with rim flange (37) ending in a flange lip (38) with outer rim edge. The cover is fitted to the outside of the wheel, fitting closely round it. It has a web (53) with a circumferential flange (57) round it.
