The cabling system provides an electrical conection between a main cable (12) with a number of insulated cable conductors and several auxiliary cables (19,20) for supplying auxiliary electrical loads, using connection points along the main cable conductors connected to the auxiliary cables, with an insulation sleeve (11) enclosing the electrical connections. Selected conductors of the main cable may be connected to plug-in connectors (21,22) for end conductors.
