An electrolyte micro-tubuli are flowed around with an electrochemical reaction part for conditioning and simultaneous cooling. The other reaction part succeeds into the lumen of the textile electrode micro-tumuli. With its wall thickness it separates the anode coating from the cathode coating so as to be proof against short-circuits and as an electrochemical reaction product, simultaneously conducts away electric current and water with carbonic acid at the electrodes. The material parts are guided in situ in the cross flow, around the fiber of the one and into the lumen of the other material stream. |
