<p>The present invention relates to a plastic film dressing or affixing tape for skin application, comprising a plastic film layer (1) coated with adhesive (2) on one side thereof. According to the invention, anchoring elements (3) in particle form are fastened to the plastic film layer (1) over the whole of that side which has been coated with adhesive (2). The adhesive is comprised of an adhesive elastomer which has skin-friendly adhesion properties adn which surrounds the anchoring elements and has a smooth, unbroken surface on the side thereof distal from the plastic film.</p> |
