<p>The complete sequence of the Cendehill rubella strain is provided, including infectious cDNA clones derived therefrom. Portions of the Cendehill genome responsible for decreased arthritogenicity and immunogenicity are identified. Modified rubella cDNA, RNA and virus is provided incorporating Cendehill and non-Cendehill sequences.</p> |
